Every booth starts as a cross-section. We engineer the aluminum profiles — straight, curved, and purpose-built — that become the frame, the light edge, and the graphic channel of your stand.

No profile here is generic stock. Each one is drawn for a specific joint, edge, or load path in a booth structure.
Frame Core
The structural spine of the booth — a T-slot channel that accepts panel clips, shelf brackets, and cross braces without drilling.
Graphic Channel
A slim edge profile with an internal groove that grips a silicone-edge fabric graphic — no visible fixings on the finished face.
Corner Post
Takes two panel faces into a single reinforced corner — the profile most stands lean on where two walls meet.
Floor Rail
A low-profile base track hidden under the flooring, giving uprights a fixed foot point without a visible foot plate.

The same P-series profiles can be roll-bent to a radius before assembly, so curves and straights share hardware.
Radius range
Roll-bent from a tight 600mm turn for kiosk corners up to a 6m sweep for a full curved backwall.
Seamless graphic wrap
Fabric graphics stretch over the curve without a printed seam — the edge channel still locks the same way it does on a straight run.
Custom cross-sections
Beyond bending, we cut new dies for one-off shapes — an arch, a sail form, a logo-shaped fin — when a standard profile won’t read the design.
Shared hardware
Curved and straight sections use the same corner blocks and slot fixings, so a design can mix both without a second parts list.
